    Trained by Miciol, Barriot, Balouzet and Poncer, Emilie Dauvergne participated from in the exhibitions in Lyon from 1885 and in Paris from 1892 with portraits and landscapes (oils and pastels). She won a second medal in Lyon in 1891 with "Un coin de parc" and "Morbidezza", and another one in 1893 with "Le lac d'Aiguebelette" and the pastels.
